1. Who we are
F.I.L.A Agency manages Fansly and OnlyFans creators. This policy explains what happens to the information you give us on our website, especially when you send a creator application.
We answer within 30 days.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you type into the application form, plus the minimum a website needs to work.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Please don't send us explicit content, ID documents or payment details through the form.
3. Why we use it
We use your application only to review it, contact you on Telegram, and discuss working together.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Article 12 of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where it applies).
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working.
- We never sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to mailing lists.
- We make no automated decisions about you. A person reads every application.
4. Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the website and receive your application see your data. They process it on our behalf.

Inside the agency, only the owner and the managers who handle onboarding read applications. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some of these services store data outside Serbia, including in the EU and the United States. We only use providers that protect personal data under recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. 6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights
You can write to Neemphy@proton.me at any time to:
- see the data we hold about you and get a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it
- withdraw your application
It's free, and we reply within 30 days. If you think we handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (poverenik.rs), or to the data protection authority in your own country.
8. Cookies and local storage
We don't use cookies for tracking, analytics or ads, so there is no cookie banner.
- When you pick a language, your browser remembers it in local storage (key fila-lang). It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
- Our fonts are stored on our own website, so your browser doesn't connect to Google or any font service.
If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
9. Adults only
We work only with creators aged 18 or older, and the form can't be sent without confirming that. If we find out an application came from someone under 18, we delete it straight away and don't contact them.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Big changes, like adding analytics, will also be announced on the website.
